Team — Last week, we learned Donald Trump allegedly removed classified documents from the White House. And what we’ve learned since is deeply concerning.

As a former CIA officer, I know the lengths our country must go to protect our most critical classified information. That’s why I’m calling on Senator Mike Lee to stand with the FBI and condemn President Trump’s reckless behavior.

When news broke of the Mar-a-Lago raid, Mike Lee rushed to criticize the FBI’s search. Instead of standing with law enforcement, he viciously attacked the FBI for doing their job.

Sadly, it’s only the latest example of Mike Lee choosing party politics and service to one man over serving Utahns and the American people.

But U.S. Senators work for us. That’s why we have a moral responsibility to demand that Mike Lee grows a spine and does the right thing.
