John -- thanks to the support of this grassroots team, we’ve made some important progress in the Senate. Just this month, I helped the Senate pass the Inflation Reduction Act, which will lift the ban on Medicare being able to negotiate drug prices and which will make serious progress to combat climate change. But I know there’s so much more that we must get done:

We must protect a woman’s right to choose by codifying Roe v. Wade into law.

We must do more to stop the terror of gun violence in our communities.

I know we have a long way to go -- but I’m optimistic about the future, and I promise I will never give up on the fights that matter.
