New poll in THIS state shows overwhelming support for a Convention of States

The Convention of States movement is gaining momentum, and there's no sign of slowing down.

A new poll in Kentucky revealed overwhelming support for an Article V Convention of States to limit federal spending, limit federal power, and establish term limits for members of Congress.

According to a survey of likely Kentucky voters, 69 percent support a Convention of States while only 16 percent oppose and 15 percent are undecided.

And the support crosses party lines. While 71 percent of Republicans would back a Convention of States, 65 percent of Democrats would as well. 

And it's no wonder. Our national debt has reached $23 trillion, which represents nearly $200,000 per tax return filed. Whether under Democrat or Republican control, Washington shows no desire to curb spending or limit their own power.

What's more, D.C. has every reason to resist swamp-draining reform. The largest concentration of wealth in America over the last 25 years isn't in LA or New York -- it's within 25 miles of the D.C. beltway.
