Let’s remember, Giuliani was one of the most vocal advocates for Donald Trump’s false claims about “widespread voter fraud” in the 2020 election, including here in Georgia. Even though these claims were debunked by state officials, he and Trump kept spreading falsehoods and rallying their far-right base, culminating in the Capitol riots on January 6th.

John, stable elections and peaceful transfer of power are the foundation of our democracy. Trump and Giuliani’s lies were a direct attack on everything we stand for – they must both be prosecuted for their actions.
