So far, with the help of compassionate Project HOPE supporters like you, we’ve provided direct care to more than 2,300 refugees in Poland, launched four Mobile Medical Units to provide care in Ukraine and delivered over 300 pallets of medicines and supplies, including insulin, needles and hygiene kits.
Now we’re expanding our operations in Ukraine to include trauma injury training, so health workers can treat the terrible injuries that result from Russian missile strikes. Our teams at work helping rebuild hospitals are also expanding to restore schools, pharmacies and other vital facilities.
In addition to delivering shipments of medicines, medical supplies, and other help to Ukrainians, our work around the world continues. We’re prioritizing mental health support for the millions of people who have become refugees and for the health workers who are working around the clock to save lives.
With your continued emergency support, our teams can do so much more to help those most in need — while ensuring that Project HOPE has the resources to continue saving lives all over the world. Project HOPE has been responding to the Ukraine crisis since its earliest days. But as we continue to carry out our lifesaving work from Europe to Ethiopia to Indonesia, your help is still urgently needed.
