• On the heels of our successful lawsuit that forced the release of documents from the S. Military Academy at West Point that proved cadets are being indoctrinated in Critical Race Theory propaganda, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Defense Department seeking similar records related to CRT propaganda at the U.S. Naval Academy;

• And we filed two “friends of the court” briefs with our friends at the Allied Educational Foundation…the first supporting a legal challenge to race-basedadmissions programs at Harvard and the University of North Carolina, and the other a challenge to a race-based admissions policy at a nationally-known public high school in the Washington, DC, suburb of Fairfax County, Virginia.

• And we continue to pursue our lawsuits against Colorado, Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania over their failure to follow federal law and clean their voter rolls between elections.

There’s no summer break when it comes to fighting for the rule of law!

We aim to leave no stone unturned in our investigations. We will meet every court deadline; review every government document released to us; and take sworn depositions from key witnesses and persons of interest…
