A Republican-appointed judge just reinstated North Carolina’s 20-week abortion ban. Next up? A total abortion ban in our state.

North Carolina is one of the only southern states with access to abortion, but our rights are still under attack by politicians like my opponent Congressman Ted Budd.

This was only possible because of the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade, and if given the chance in the U.S. Senate, my opponent will absolutely try to pass a nationwide ban without exceptions.

We will not back down as out-of-step politicians like Congressman Budd work to take away our constitutional freedoms. Period. And I will not hesitate to cast the decisive vote to secure this freedom in the U.S. Senate. Period.

We cannot allow politicians to roll back our rights any further. This is why we must win this race and expand our majority.
