‌Today is the anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, John!

This amendment expanded the definition of who could cast a vote in our democracy to white women, but it would still be many, many decades until every citizen of the United States was able to make their voices heard. This struggle was laced in the blood, sweat, and tears of countless activists, but we have ultimately moved forward as a country.

But the Treason Caucus and their buddies couldn't care less about our vote.

If it was up to them, elections would ultimately come down to their special interests donors and billionaire fan clubs. In fact, their support of the Big Lie was direct evidence that they were content with ignoring 51% of our voices if it meant their clown-in-chief could stay in power for four more years. And they have also voted against legislation to protect voters of color and stood against making voting more accessible.

The hard truth is that despite being elected officials who owe their very jobs to the power of the vote, the Treason Caucus doesn't want you to exercise your right to be heard in an election. We believe that our democracy thrives when the collective and diverse voices of Americans come together to create a better union. It's time to come together and VOTE the Treason Caucus out.
