Dear Friend,

You may have received an email from me a few weeks ago, asking for your support to help ensure that the terrible lessons of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are never forgotten.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki day commemorations are now over, but our work to honour the casualties and survivors of those terrible bombings continues. I am writing today to ask you once again for your support: if you haven't already, please donate if you can.

We've had a fantastic response to our appeal so far, but we still need to raise around £14,000 if we're to all all we can to work towards a nuclear weapons-free world.

It sounds a lot, but these funds are vitally needed to organise demonstrations and protests, public meetings and events both online and in-person, to produce research and publications, leaflets and briefings - all essential ways of speaking out against the madness of nuclear weapons and ensuring future generations never suffer another Hiroshima or Nagasaki.
