It's critical for all Americans to see examples of leaders who follow their
conscience and stand for something positive

John,
Sometimes being a leader means walking a lonely road.
That's how I've lived my life and I've never had any regrets about it, even
when it meant I would lose an election or be attacked by my own political party.
While Liz Cheney lost her re-election bid in Tuesday's primary, I have no
doubt that her voice will continue to be heard. It's critical for all Americans
to see examples of leaders who follow their conscience and stand for something
positive. You can watch a clip (here) of me speaking about this some more.

You see, most politicians don't have a good answer when you ask them what they
did in office. Rep. Cheney's courage will be remembered and I'm confident that
she will continue to be a strong advocate for truth, justice and our vital
American institutions.
Our fight to save America from those who only seek power for their own benefit
will continue. I'm counting on your continued support as we march forward
together <[link removed]>.

Stay tuned for more updates about how we can continue this fight to save the
soul of America. Those who seek to divide us may have loud voices, but we have
the real power to enact positive change.
Thank you so much for all that you're doing to help!
