John,
As a fourth generation Democrat from Central NY and a Navy veteran, I’ve seen my community — down to the neighborhood I grew up in — decimated by neglect, underinvestment, and inequality. I understand the challenges we face here in Central NY because I have lived through them.
I’m running for Congress to fight for the hard-working middle class, and that fight starts right here: for the neighborhood I grew up in, and for all communities, for better jobs and wages, for access to affordable health care, child care, and housing.
But I am not a multi-millionaire self-funder who can afford to stay hidden while giving my campaign hundreds of thousands of dollars to run TV ads. We’ve raised the resources to win by working hard and connecting with everyday Americans like you. If you’re able, I hope you’ll consider joining me in this fight, and chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can afford to help us succeed.

John, I come from a family of teachers, nurses, social workers, police officers, and veterans. My family taught me what it means to work hard and sacrifice for others; to come together as one community, and persevere when times get tough.
Those values are why I attended the Naval Academy, navigated a warship in the Middle East after 9/11, served in a combat zone in Iraq, and served as a senior intelligence officer at the highest levels of the Department of Defense.
Now, I’m seeing the country I took an oath to protect under threat — we’re facing real threats to our democracy, and even the fundamental right to vote. I swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, and that’s what I will do in Congress.
We have to do better: for our kids, and our grandkids. I will never stop fighting for all of you, but I need your help. Together, we can build a better future. Join us today with just $5, $10, or whatever you can.
Thanks for all you do,
Francis
