Support ELPC and help hold polluters accountable
Dear John,

Cyanide and ammonia in Lake Michigan water, 3,000 dead fish, and closed beaches along Indiana Dunes National Park...not exactly the holiday gifts you're looking for? Us either.

That's why ELPC is taking steelmaker ArcelorMittal to court! This serial polluter must be held fully accountable for their hundreds of Clean Water Act violations, damages to our Great Lakes and blatant disregard of public health.

ELPC is suing to ensure that ArcelorMittal is hit with large enough fines to finally change their environmental practices and modernize their equipment to reduce pollution.

You can help ELPC hold this serial polluter accountable by donating right now. Patagonia is matching gifts to ELPC up to $10,000 each.
