Team,

Just this week, the House passed a critical package of legislation aimed at lowering prescription drug prices for families here in the Third District and around the country.

The landmark bill we just passed would help reign in the ballooning costs that make prescription drugs unaffordable to so many. Importantly, this bill honors our promise to seniors by placing a $2,000 out-of-pocket cap on drug prices paid by Medicare beneficiaries while expanding Medicare benefits to include dental, vision, and hearing.

I made a promise to families across the Merrimack Valley that I would do what it takes to lower drug costs for working families and seniors. And with the help of my colleagues in the House, we made that happen.

But our work isn't over yet. Now, the bill heads to the Senate where it's up to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to call a vote and give Americans the financial relief they deserve.

That's why I'm calling on Mitch McConnell to hold a vote in the Senate and pass this bill at once. Will you join me by signing on today?

TELL THE SENATE: PASS H.R. 3: [link removed]

Americans pay double, triple, and sometimes up to 5 times the cost for prescription drugs compared to what consumers in other countries have to pay. Nobody should be forced to ration or skip their medication simply because they can't afford it.

The bill that we just passed is progress, but we still have work to do. We have to put the pressure on Mitch McConnell to bring it to a vote in the Senate and give families relief that is long overdue.

Add your name today to Mitch to hold a vote on H.R. 3 and pass this critical prescription drug pricing legislation immediately: [link removed]

Thanks for signing on,

-- Lori
