As we ramp up our campaign across Georgia, we continue to gain support from key groups that are committed to our shared values.
I've been proud to stand alongside Everytown for Gun Safety for years, and I'm honored to receive their endorsement. I've fought against the gun lobby my entire career, and as our next Attorney General, I will always work to keep Georgia families safe from gun violence.
I'm also honored to have the support of the Georgia Sierra Club. We need an Attorney General who will fight to protect our environment and hold corporate polluters accountable so that every Georgian has access to clean air and water. Environmental justice is an issue that affects every community, and Chris Carr has fallen drastically short in addressing it — including when he failed to take action against the Sterigenics plant that was releasing deadly chemicals in my district. Unlike Carr, I'll always put Georgians first.
And finally, I was proud to recently receive the endorsement of the Black Economic Alliance PAC! I look forward to working with them to uplift Black families, entrepreneurs, and Black-owned businesses so that every Georgian has the opportunity for economic success.
Gun safety, environmental justice, and access and opportunity for all are on the ballot this November. With less than three months to go, I'm energized to keep fighting for these priorities so that Georgians have the leadership they deserve.
