john,

Last week, I was proud to help pass the Inflation Reduction Act in the House. This is a historic health care and climate bill that is the answer to questions that Washingtonians have been asking since Day One.

The Inflation Reduction Act will lower health care costs by capping the cost of insulin at $35 per month. It also allows Medicare to negotiate the cost of prescription drugs and caps out-of-pocket costs at $2,000 for those enrolled in Medicare drug plans.

Not only will this bill lower health care costs for families, but it answers my constituents' questions about climate change by making the single largest investment in climate solutions ever. The Inflation Reduction Act will boost clean energy manufacturing in the U.S., invest in forest resiliency, and more.

As families continue to struggle due to rising costs, this legislation will provide much needed relief while protecting our planet for generations to come. Now that President Biden has signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law, I want to hear from you.

Will you take my brief survey and share with me what part of the Inflation Reduction Act matters most to you?

Thank you,
