As part of the endorsement process, we interview candidates to learn about their experience and hear directly from them why they’re running. The board and I have conducted nearly a hundred and I can confidently say – Wisconsin’s future is bright.
These candidates weren’t selected in back-room deals – they’re folks who picked up the challenge to run for office to change Wisconsin for the better. These candidates are our neighbors, our friends, and our family. And, they care deeply about the issues that matter most to conservation voters – clean energy, addressing the climate crisis, a robust, inclusive democracy, and clean, safe drinking water.
Wisconsin Conservation Voters is proud to endorse the following candidates:
Statewide office:
Sara Rodriguez, Lt. Governor
State Senate:
Andrea Gage-Michaels, District 1
Jessica Katzenmeyer, District 5
Pat Skogen, District 17
Kelly Westlund, District 25
State Assembly:
Sarah Harrison, District 13
Ryan Clancy, District 19
Nathan Jurowski, District 21
Jenna Jacobson, District 43
Clinton Anderson, District 45
Leah Spicer, District 51
Lori Palmeri, District 54
Patrick Hayden, District 56
Laura Gapske, District 73
John Adams, District 74

LuAnn Bird, District 84

This November is going to be one of the toughest, closest, and most expensive elections in Wisconsin history. Republicans have tried to tip the scales with gerrymandered maps, and out-of-state PAC spending is already pouring in to try and buy the election. But candidates like these give me hope that we can win big in November.
These are challenging times in Wisconsin, and things can feel dark. But, these candidates aren’t giving up and are resolved to build a healthier, safer future for our state. We’re not giving up, either. With your help, we can build the grassroots, people-powered campaigns needed to put our state on a brighter path. [[link removed]]
