In the enjoyment of watching the world of political punditry give their responses to Mueller’s testimony leaving us wondering if we were all watching the same show, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough takes the cake. He went so far as to reach out to Jesus himself yesterday: “Jesus, forgive me for ever being a Republican” Scarborough tweeted.

While everyone races to determine the next steps after the underwhelming Mueller hearing yesterday, Joe has called the people to action. This morning Scarborough and his wife and co-host of Morning Joe Mika Brzezinski reacted to an op-ed in the National Review which laid out the argument that Democrats will not be able to defeat Trump in 2020 without “throwing a punch...”

Attorney General Bill Barr just announced that the federal government will resume capital punishment. In a statement, Barr said, “Congress has expressly authorized the death penalty through legislation adopted by the people’s representatives in both houses of Congress and signed by the President.”
