All of our rights are on the line right now. With Roe v. Wade overturned, abortion rights have been left to the states. Although Democratic Governor Wolf has vowed to veto any abortion ban that makes its way to his desk, we could quickly see that change if the November election doesn’t go our way.
Trump-backed gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano has made it very clear that he supports a 6-week abortion ban, turning Pennsylvania into an anti-choice state.
We cannot let this happen, John. We must exercise our right to free and fair elections and ensure that our right to vote is protected. Just two weeks ago, voters turned out in Kansas to strike down a ballot measure that would have opened the door to an abortion ban — Pennsylvania voters will need to do the same this November.
