Hi y'all! Here's what's on tap with the Chapter this week —
Tonight at 7pm! join our Voter Guide team as we get underway covering the Fall elections. We'll talk about races & candidates, and give a brief recap of recent city politics. Come join us online, register here. Meetings will be held regularly on Wednesdays.
Tomorrow, come join our Poli-Ed Working Group at Parish Hall from 6:30-8:00 to help plan our chapter's internal and external political education projects. If you can't make it in person, you can Zoom into the meeting with this link. This week's article is "What is Democratic Socialism?" by Neal Meyer, which you can read here.
Solidarity,
New Orleans DSA Local Council

New to DSA? Check out our chapter's new member resources here. If you've got any questions about how to get involved or the work our chapter is doing, give us a shout at [email protected].
Not yet a member? The most important tool that the working class has is organization. We're strong when we fight together. We have to build a durable, mass political organization to wield the kind of power we need to win real change in our society. If you aren't a dues-paying member of DSA yet, join today!
