Right now, the average person gives $18.14 when they donate to our campaign. Don’t believe me? Here’s the receipt:

We’re really proud of this — because it means our grassroots movement is really working. We’re not funding this by having Ro meet up with a bunch of wealthy elites. When your average donation is about 20 bucks, it means everyone has a place in this movement, and feels emboldened to invest in it.

But today, I want to go even further. Ro is a tireless champion for a $15 minimum wage — so I want to get our average contribution for this month to $15 or less.

Can you chip in $1, $3, or $5 today (but not more than $15!) to help us send the message that every person has a place in our progressive movement?

Now, this isn’t going to be easy — my back of the envelope math tells me that we’re going to need a few thousand donations to get close to that. But we’ve never backed down from a challenge before!
