Anyone with even a minimal thinking capacity knows that the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago was not about the National Archives. The left is frantic that Donald Trump will run for President in 2024, and the strategies to prevent this are becoming more apparent. As John Daniel Davidson describes, tactics that began in 2020 continue today, and thirty-one states are involved, whether they know it or not. Benign-sounding organizations such as the Electronic Registration Information Center, or ERIC, purportedly offer quick and easy ways to help states clean up their voter rolls. What ERIC does, however, is add Democrats to the voter lists. State and local election officials must be aware of who is involved and how their states can get out of the scam. The news cycle this week has been understandably dominated by the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida, where armed agents were supposedly looking for classified documents the FBI believes were improperly removed from the White House at the end of Trump’s term, in violation of federal law.
