I just signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law -- one of the most significant laws in recent history. Today, the American people won and special interests lost.
Democrats are delivering progress for American families. We are proving that democracy works. Not just for the privileged few, but for all of us.
This victory was made possible by folks who donated their hard-earned money and time to elect Democrats.
I’ve said this many times before, and I’ll say it again: There isn’t a single thing this country can’t do when we put our mind to it. I believe in the future of America. I believe in the very soul of our nation. Most of all, I believe in the power of the American people.
If you’re ready to continue fighting for a better America, I’m asking you to give $7 to the DNC ahead of this November’s elections.
The Inflation Reduction Act does so much, including:

Lowering costs for working families. We’re giving Medicare the power to negotiate lower prescription drug prices. Seniors will pay less for their prescription drugs, and their out-of-pocket prescription drug costs will be capped at $2,000 a year. Despite big drug companies spending millions to beat this law, we prevailed.

Locking in lower health care premiums for millions of families covered by the Affordable Care Act. 13 million Americans will continue to save an average of $800 a year.

Taking our most aggressive action ever in confronting the climate crisis and strengthening our country’s energy security. It will offer working families thousands of dollars in savings by providing rebates for more efficient appliances, weatherizing homes, and tax credits for heat pumps and rooftop solar.
While Democrats sided with the American people in this historic moment, Republicans sided with special interests. Every single Republican voted against tackling the climate crisis, lowering prescription drug prices, and creating good-paying jobs. Every single one.
We must maintain control of Congress in November to continue passing historic legislation like the Inflation Reduction Act -- and the Democratic National Committee plays a huge role in electing Democrats up and down the ticket.
If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines this election cycle, now is the time to get involved. With fewer than 100 days until this year’s midterm elections, I’m personally asking: Will you chip in $7 to the DNC?
From the American Rescue Plan to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, to the gun safety law, to
