August 16, 2022 - Docket No. 80031-2-WA-22 (Record No. 17140) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice that Water Unlimited Inc., (Water Unlimited) and Hurricane Services 21, LLC, (Hurricane) (Collectively the Companies) submitted a joint application requesting authority to transfer controlling ownership interest in Water Unlimited to Hurricane, pursuant to the provisions of Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-104 and Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 21(f).
