The road to a House Majority runs through California's 49th Congressional District and there's a lot at stake for BOTH parties. Check out this week's message from Grassroots Democrats HQ:

"Buses are back! Take the HQ bus on August 20th to knock doors for Mike Levin in CA-49. We'll meet at Stoner Park in West LA and ride to Laguna Niguel to knock doors. Lunch will be provided, as well as a full training for anyone who needs it!

There is a misconception that Mike Levin is safe in 2022, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Mike narrowly won re-election in 2020, and his district got 2 points more Republican as a result of redistricting. A recent poll of the district found Mike trailing his pro-Trump Republican opponent by 3 points! ([link removed])

Simply put, we will not hold the House unless we hold this seat. We'll be knocking doors in Laguna Niguel, which is new to Mike's district, so these conversations will be the first time many voters are hearing about Mike and thus very impactful!"
