In North Carolina’s 1st Congressional District, Democrat Don Davis is up against MAGA extremist and January 6 attendee Sandy Smith.
Here are a few things Smith has said:

>> Mike Pence was part of a deep-state operation run by a race of alien lizards intent on world domination.

The differences between Don and Sandy couldn’t be more apparent.
Don Davis grew up in eastern North Carolina, graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, and has served his hometown as a mayor, veteran, teacher, minister, and state senator. He and his wife are raising their three boys in Snow Hill.
By contrast, Sandy Smith moved to NC to marry her third husband after the first two accused her of domestic violence — including reportedly smashing one’s head bloody with an alarm clock in the middle of the night. She was the 2020 Republican nominee against Congressman G.K. Butterfield and claims that she, like Trump, lost due to “fraud.”
