Folks, we're a bit off track for our most important FEC deadline of the year, and here's why that matters:

Donald Trump's team in Minnesota will be increasing in size over the next two weeks. He lost our state by just 1.5 points in 2016 -- so he's going all out to win this time around.

Minnesota is one of five states to have Trump's event staff on the ground, which means Trump and Mike Pence will be coming back to our state a lot over the next year.

Trump already endorsed our opponent, Jason Lewis, and Trump's Victory team will be working for him too. That could spell bad news for our campaign.

Here's the truth: if we're going to keep Minnesota blue in 2020, we need to hit every single grassroots fundraising goal from here on out to compete with Trump and his cronies.
