Another day, another cancellation for your friends at the Babylon Bee.
The communist tyrants who run TikTok recently BANNED our account from their
platform without an opportunity for an appeal.
They provided no explanation — but we don't need one.
It’s no secret that the Chinese Communist Party has total control over TikTok,
and it’s no surprise that they want us — the internet’s most popular satire
site — CANCELED.
Communists in China want to ban The Babylon Bee for the same reasons leftists
here in America want us gone:
Comedy is like kryptonite to their “woke” marxist agenda, and they want to
keep it away from their audience — especially their young user base.
They know that their radical ideas can't stand up to the scrutiny of good
satire, and their only hope of continuing to brainwash a generation of young
Americans is to silence us.
But with the support and partnership of friends like you, we can’t be silenced.

I'm reaching out to you today, in the wake of this latest act of censorship,
to ask for your help in making the Bee “cancel-proof.”
TikTok thinks they can cripple us by cutting off the traffic they send to our
content. But with the membership of friends like you, we can more than make up
for the damage they’ve done. And best of all, we can do it on OUR terms,
without having to play by the rules of some communist overlords on a social
platform.

If you've spent any time on TikTok, you know that it's a cesspool of the most
radical leftist ideas imaginable. Transgender ideology, critical race theory,
socialism, communism, and worse are all running rampant on a daily basis.
It’s what we in the business call a "target-rich environment.”
But more than that, it's a place in dire need of a voice of reason — a voice
that communicates best in the language of satire and humor.
In fact, that's why the Bee was on TikTok in the first place — to mercilessly
mock the left-wing drivel that their predominantly young and impressionable
users are ingesting day after day, in the hopes of bringing a few of them back
to reality.
We firmly believe that when the left starts ranting about one of their crazy
ideas, like "men can get pregnant," or "women can have penises,” they’re not
looking for a rational response, so we shouldn't give them one.
Instead, all we need to do is let them spew their craziness, crack a joke, and
laugh along with the vast majority of people who see their absurdity for what
it is.
That’s how we defeat the woke mob. When people have given up on reason
entirely, you can’t win them over with arguments. The best way to respond to
insane, purposefully irrational ideas is to mock them and expose their
absurdity without mercy. That’s what we at The Babylon Bee have been doing for
years, and it’s why the Left is always trying to cancel us.
It's why we have been “fact-checked" by several left-wing sites (despite our
content being clearly labeled as satire). It's why Twitter has locked our
account for daring to say that a man is a man. It's why our email provider
banned us from their service without warning. And it's why the communists
behind TikTok have now banned us for life.
But with your help, Big Tech won’t get the final word. Yes, they'll kick us
off their platforms for daring to expose their absurd ideas, but with your
support, we can control our own destiny. We’ll still be able to reach millions
of free-thinking Americans who value good humor and objective truth.
