Earlier today, Arizona's governor signed HB 2853 into law. The bill enacts universal school choice so that EVERY parent in the state can give their children the best education possible. It's a huge victory for educational freedom and limited government.

This bill could not have been enacted if it weren't for the brave members of the Arizona Freedom Caucus. From the AZFC's press release today:

"This bill will be a major step forward for parents, students, and even school systems across our state as the free market will now dictate where government dollars go, as those dollars follow the student, and parents are empowered to choose the educational environment best suited for their child's success. This is a GREAT day for all Arizonans!"

What makes this such a great victory is we plan on making this bill the template for all of our other state freedom caucuses to push in their respective legislatures. This is model legislation that we have every intention of passing in every state...as soon as possible. We have the Network, the expertise, and with your help...the resources...to make this happen.
