This week we have been met with more of the same -- political gamesmanship to divide us from the Trump Administration and the silence of a rubber stamp from Thom Tillis.  North Carolinians deserve better!

In just a matter of days, the Trump Administration has announced its intention to cut benefits for SNAP recipients of Food Stamps for 3.1 million people.  SNAP recipients are typically elderly or disabled citizens that are the most vulnerable among us.  As if this were not enough, Tillis and the Administration has refused to support bipartisan legislation in the Senate that would ensure insulin is affordable for those suffering from diabetes.  Enough is enough!

I believe that no person in the United States should have to worry about where their child's next meal is coming from or be forced to ration their insulin because they cannot afford the ever-increasing drug costs.  We have to do better and when I am elected, you can count on me to work for you!

This race is going to be tough and we are up against the most well-funded, special interest groups in the world.  Can you chip in $50, $100 or $200 today to help us in this fight?
