Today, we’re proud to announce our official endorsement of Hillary Scholten!

Hillary is the latest addition to our Future Forum endorsed candidates, and we think she has what it takes to flip Michigan’s 3rd Congressional District to blue this November!

As a Grand Rapids native, she’s seen time and again how the system is rigged for the wealthy and well-connected. Realizing she wanted to make tangible change in the system, she went to law school, clerked for the U.S Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and then worked for the Department of Justice under the Obama administration.

Hillary would go on to join the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center to handle the growing immigration crisis, and volunteer as an attorney for Times Up Legal Defense Fund to provide legal service to women who face sexual harassment in the workplace.

Service is nothing new to Hillary – it’s a staple of her life. She’s running for Congress as a leader who is committed to putting forth common-sense solutions.
