Good news! We made some major progress on our goal.

We’re bumping this message from David yesterday in case you missed it. We have some good news!

Yesterday a number of our supporters stepped up and helped take a good chunk out of our goal. If we can raise another $2,350 today we’ll actually be back on track for our weekly goal.

If you didn’t get a chance to pitch in yesterday, would you consider a contribution today? Here’s a link to give: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/rothforussenate

If you’re on the fence about donating, David would love to talk to you personally to share why Idaho is worth investing in. Just reply to this email and someone from the team will reach out for a convenient time to talk.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Team Roth

Subject: We can defeat this unpopular GOP Senator

We have a real shot at flipping this U.S. Senate seat, John, but it’s going to take all of us working together to pull it off.

Just two weeks ago in Kansas, a coalition of Democrats, Independents, and, yes, even some Republicans, came together to vote down a radical measure that would have altered the state constitution to ban abortion access.

They did it because they knew this policy was dangerous and was going to cost lives, so they came together for the greater good.

We are building the same movement here in Idaho. And let me tell you, with his approval ratings tanking, the GOP incumbent Mike Crapo is vulnerable.

It’s no surprise that Crapo is unpopular. The incumbent (who has spent the last 30 years in D.C.) has voted against lowering drug prices, supporting veterans returning from war, reducing inflation that’s hurting American families, and taking bold steps to address climate change – and that’s just in the last two months!

Mike Crapo votes against everything that’s good for Idahoans and all Americans, that’s why he can’t be allowed to win another term.

So here’s what I need you to do.

We’re halfway through August, and with less than three months until the general election, we are far behind on our fundraising. I need to raise another $5,000 by midnight tonight to get back on the right track.

I know that sounds like a lot, but that’s only 50 contributions of $100, or 100 contributions of $50. If everyone pitches in what they can today, we can close that gap in no time.

Can I count on you for a donation of $100, $50, or even $25 today to help me flip this Senate seat?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Idaho families deserve a Senator who will fight for them, and unlike Mike Crapo, I will fight for ALL of us.

I’m running to flip this U.S. Senate seat because Americans deserve affordable healthcare and living wages. We need people in the Senate willing to stand up against corporate interests and oppose the radical agenda of the far right to protect all of our rights.

We can win in Idaho if we all work together. Will you join me?

David

David Roth is a single, gay dad running to flip a U.S. Senate seat in Idaho. His opponent is an extremist “pro-life” Republican who’s been in politics for 37 years. David stepped up to serve the state that has been his home most of his life, where he is now raising his two young sons, because every state is worth fighting for. There has never been an openly gay man elected to the U.S. Senate. Help us make history this year. Pitch in now to flip this seat and send David to D.C.
