The Governor?s Council on Developmental Disabilities is pleased to announce the results of an Intersectionality study of marginalized communities. This baseline report provides multiple examples of discrimination faced by people with developmental disabilities who come from diverse backgrounds. These examples range from unfair treatment, lack of access to services, and restriction from opportunities or privileges available to others.
