Friend, we did it.

Congress just made history by passing the Inflation Reduction Act. Between it, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the CHIPS Act, President Biden is deploying hundreds of billions of dollars for climate action.

Now, it's up to state leaders to put those climate investments to work—and that's why we, in partnership with our sister organization Evergreen Collaborative, are launching a new initiative to focus on state-level climate action.

These federal funds are a huge opportunity for governors and state legislatures. They must rise to the moment and push every dollar as far as it can go in the fight for a just clean energy future.

Evergreen's already working with governors' offices and partners on the ground—and this week, we're ramping up by launching TV and digital ads in key states that have opportunities to make real climate progress. The ads highlight real results these states have achieved for their economies and residents through aggressive climate action.

We beat the odds and got federal climate legislation passed. Now, it's time to roll up our sleeves and put it into action. Watch the new TV spot about clean energy in Nevada from our sister organization Evergreen Collaborative today, and stay tuned for more updates about our state-level work—we might focus on your state next!

All of our advocacy made these opportunities possible. Now, with your support, we'll ensure states make the most of them.
