Today is Poll Worker Recruitment Day -- a national day of action to recruit poll workers to ensure our elections run smoothly. All On The Line is partnering with Power the Polls to mobilize our supporters to sign up as poll workers.

As a poll worker, you help ensure a safe, fair, efficient election for all voters. One way poll workers can help is by supporting early voting locations to help minimize delays at polling places on Election Day. Long lines could disenfranchise many voters, including communities of color, from expressing their right to vote.

We know that the far-right has launched efforts to recruit extremists as poll workers. We’ve heard Steve Bannon and other Stop the Steal pundits tell their base to volunteer. It’s your time to choose: we can either have supporters of democracy like you protect the right to vote or election deniers as poll workers.
