In 2020, with a pandemic threatening the health of people and our democracy alike, LCV was one of the many organizations that partnered with Power the Polls to recruit over 700,000 poll workers. We ensured that every voter had the chance to have their voices heard on Election Day. We are proud of the work we did in 2020, but the threat of equal representation in our democracy is still under threat two years later. That is why we’re proud to partner with Power the Polls again to recruit a new generation of poll workers for the Midterm elections.

As a poll worker, you help ensure a safe, fair, efficient election for all voters. Poll workers are critical to help maintain safe in-person voting for communities without reliable access to mail service, voters with disabilities, voters who need language assistance, or for voters who simply want to cast their ballot in-person as they always have.
