It’s hard to believe, but in just one week, our special election will be here. I’m feeling so energized by the momentum on our side – a new poll even shows that we’re neck-and-neck with our Republican opponent. We’re within what campaign experts call a “field margin.”

A “field margin” means that if we turn out our base, we can win.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been hitting the pavement, reaching out to voters across our district. From campaign rallies to folks’ front doorsteps, we’re talking to everyone about what’s at stake in this special election.

But with so little time left, it’s all hands on deck for everyone on Team Pat. I have a couple of favors to ask as we rapidly approach Election Day:

First, if you are a New York voter, make your plan to vote! You can vote early between now and Sunday, August 21. If you’ve already voted or have made your plans already, forward this email to friends and family in the district to make sure they go vote too! Find your polling place here:

We also have a big Get Out the Vote volunteer push coming up this weekend. We’re relying on a big team of volunteers to help us knock on doors, make phone calls, send texts, and reach voters in as many ways as possible.
