Dear Partners and Stakeholders,

Your thoughts, feedback, and engagement has been extremely helpful as we have continued to move the Missing Middle Housing Program forward in order to deliver more attainable housing to Missing Middle households throughout the state. This week, MSHDA staff will be presenting the final draft of the Missing Middle Housing Plan to the MSHDA Board for their consideration and approval.

As listed in the draft plan, the first funding round is anticipated to open on September 19, 2022 and MSHDA staff is currently working on drafting application materials and other documents, which will be posted on the Missing Middle webpage, so that applicants will be able to utilize them in apply for funding. More detail will be available in the coming weeks.

The webpage has been updated with the current draft Plan, a Frequently Asked Questions document, and a draft Exhibit Checklist. Please review these items and send any further comments or questions to [email protected].

When application materials and other program related documents become available, they will be located on this webpage as well and an e-mail will be sent out to notify stakeholders of their availability.
