John,
My name is Francis Conole, and I’m running for Congress right here in my home community of Central New York.
I’m a fourth-generation Central New Yorker, and I come from a family of teachers, nurses, social workers, police officers, and veterans, who have taught me the value of hard work and giving back to your community. And that’s why – after graduating from Onondaga County public schools, I attended the Naval Academy and then led a division of almost 40 sailors on the USS WASP.
Since then, I’ve gone on to continue my service at the Office of Naval Intelligence, on a deployment to Iraq with the Army Special Forces, and in the Pentagon.
But John, now I’m running for Congress because it’s time for new leadership and fresh ideas that put people first and rebuild Central New York’s middle class.
As your next member of Congress, I can promise that you will always have a fighter in your corner – whether you’re from Central New York or call somewhere else home. Everyone deserves affordable access to quality healthcare and education, folks in rural Central New York and other rural communities deserve investment, and all Americans deserve a government that works for them.
I’m prepared to fight for these things – but I can’t do it alone. Our race is considered a true Toss-Up and we’ve been given a 50-50 chance of winning. This district is flippable, but only if we have the resources to spread our message.
I hope you’ll consider learning more about my campaign, getting involved, and spreading the word about our shared vision for our country.
Thanks for joining us,
Francis Conole
