We’re seeing excitement every day from new and old faces at our town halls, growing our staff and volunteers, and continuing to get out there directly to the people. On our “Don’t Forget About Us” tour, we’ve traveled with J.D. to towns of 1,000 people or less -- and later today, we’ll have finished our 29th town hall. We’ve been on the road so much that we’ve worn down our campaign vehicle of choice: Sioux City Sue. Our Winnebago RV (made in the district!) is in the shop for repairs -- and we need your help to fix our ride. Steve King has left our district behind. He spends his time tweeting conspiracy theories, taking away rights from marginalized groups, and spreading messages of hate and fear. Our friends and neighbors have had enough -- instead of hate and harm, they want solutions and a representative who will work to put those solutions into action.
