Happy Poll Worker Recruitment Day!

A few years ago, before I joined Stand Up America, I served as a poll worker. I saw for myself how important it is to add a friendly face and a personal touch to the voting process, and it was one of the many things that inspired me to work to protect our democracy. 

Poll workers are our friends, neighbors, and other familiar faces from your community. When I was a poll worker, I helped long lines move faster, answered urgent voting questions, and registered new voters.
