Last year, it was estimated that there were 2,400,000 unfilled jobs in STEM in the United States.

Those are good-paying jobs with benefits waiting for young kids and future leaders to take. But we have to develop that talent -- and we have to remove obstacles that stop girls and children from disadvantaged backgrounds from pursuing those opportunities.
