We’re reaching out today to update you on our fundraising efforts ahead of tomorrow's mid-quarter fundraising deadline.

After our race was officially recognized as a “must win” for House control, we knew we had to increase our fundraising goals to stand a chance at competing against Ken Calvert and the super PACs ready to jump to his rescue.

We have set a stretch goal of raising $37,500 in online donations before midnight on Tuesday. That's a 25% increase over our initial target because, unfortunately, we are expecting the GOP’s dark money machine to begin dumping hundreds of thousands of dollars into our district. This could happen in a matter of weeks.

The good news is that we're not far from our goal -- just $13,701 left to raise.
