BIG JANUARY 6TH UPDATE: Rep. Liz Cheney announced that the January 6th Committee may subpoena Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Remember: We already know that Ginni Thomas attempted to influence Arizona Republican lawmakers to overturn the results of the 2020 election. We also know that Thomas sent messages to Trump’s Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, urging him to continue efforts to contest the 2020 election.

And despite this, her husband has not recused himself from cases regarding the 2020 election! It’s unacceptable.

Ginni Thomas’ close involvement with efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, as well as her documented efforts to persuade Arizona lawmakers to set aside Biden’s victory and “choose” their own electors needs to be investigated further. Especially because this information raises questions about whether Justice Thomas can remain unbiased.

Not only could her testimony reveal more information about the January 6th insurrection, but it would provide critical information about a potential conflict of interest for the Supreme Court.
