Far-right Florida Governor Ron DeSantis joined our opponent and his friend, fellow extremist Yvette Herrell, for a rally to support the GOP nominee for governor.

The DNC said it perfectly: “Ron DeSantis, Mark Ronchetti, and Yvette Herrell embody what today’s Republican Party stands for: criminalizing abortion, punishing doctors, and cutting taxes for the rich and ultra-wealthy at the expense of middle-class families.”

When Yvette Herrell took the stage, she attacked Democrats and pushed dangerous anti-immigrant rhetoric: “Illegals are going to get access to our benefits and services before our veterans, before our homeless and before those people that are trying to raise a family."

Not only is that factually untrue, but it’s hypocritical considering Herrell voted against a bill to expand veterans’ health care benefits.

Herrell, DeSantis, and Ronchetti are trying to grow their far-right extremist movement and advance the MAGA agenda in New Mexico. This November is our chance to stop them.
