Carl is still well short of the mid-month goal he needs to hit to be able to
purchase television and digital ads. These ads will help us build on Carl’s
primary win and challenge John James in November.

Digital ads are especially important because they allow us to do the number
one most important thing in a campaign: reaching voters where they are.
