Direct Response Efforts page section renamed Multichannel Acquisition Plans 

As part of our efforts to standardize naming conventions, we’ve renamed the Direct Response Efforts page section to Multichannel Acquisition Plans in Create a List and in Contact Details. 

You can also access more details about your plans by selecting Multichannel Acquisition Plans from the Main Menu or from the search bar.

Find the call sheets you know and love from NGP 7 in NGP 8

We’ve made 10 call sheet formats from NGP 7 available for use in NGP 8. You’ll continue to have access to all existing NGP 8 formats along with any custom call sheets you’ve created.

When you go to print a PDF from My List, Report Manager, or a contact record, NGP 7 call sheet formats will be listed in the menu indicated with (Classic) in their name.

The next round of routine server maintenance will occur on August 20th-22nd between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Eastern. You may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period. While the interruption is typically limited to a quarter of an hour, we may need up to a full hour to account for contingencies.
