Trish knows that the key to winning this election here is to do the hard work that not every candidate is willing to do: go out and talk directly to voters, every day. 

Trish’s opponent, anti-choice extremist and absentee officeholder Ann Wagner, is so allergic to talking with real people that she has refused to hold a single public town hall where her constituents can speak directly with her and get answers to their questions in her entire 10 year-long tenure as a Member of Congress. 

Wagner thinks so little of the people she is supposed to represent, she merely shows up for photo ops and comfortable campaign events where everyone agrees with her. In fact, despite living only five minutes from Wagner's district office, Trish has only ever seen Ann at a departure gate at Lambert International Airport.

Contrasts are crucial in a campaign like this, and we’ve decided to show the voters in this part of the Show Me State what kind of leader Trish would make as their representative: 

It’s about damn time we had a hard-working, authentic person representing MO-02 that cares about everyone here, not just her campaign contributors.
