President Biden and Congressional Democrats are delivering on some of our biggest priorities for Oregon & America. From aggressive climate action, to reducing the cost of lifesaving prescription drugs, to bringing manufacturing jobs back home, to building an economy from the bottom up and the middle out, Democrats are getting it done!

Building on these accomplishments and the big Kansas win on reproductive rights, Democrats have momentum!

Just in the last few weeks, here are some of the highlights:

• Senate & House Democrats passed the Inflation Reduction Act which is headed to President Biden for his signature and represents the largest investment in addressing climate change in U.S. history, allows Medicare to negotiate with pharmaceutical companies on the costliest prescription drugs, and extends health care subsidies through 2024.
• We have one of the best jobs markets in history as unemployment is matching a 50-year low.
• The CHIPS and Science Act was signed into law to lower costs, create American jobs, and increase competitiveness with China.
• The PACT Act was signed into law to ensure veterans who suffer from exposure to burn pits get the health care benefits they’ve earned.
• The United States passed gun safety reform for the first time in 30 years.
