John -- Last week, Mary Gay began drafting articles of impeachment with the House Judiciary Committee that are now before the full House. We know that on a phone call with the Ukranian president, Trump attempted to pressure the foreign leader into digging up dirt on a 2020 political rival -- and we know that in doing so, he was abusing the vast powers of his office.

 

While Trump is in office, we are not guaranteed a free and fair election in 2020 because if he’s acquitted, he will continue to encourage other foreign leaders to interfere.

 

Mary Gay is doing everything she can to continue holding the president accountable for his criminal activity -- but PA-05 isn’t a safe seat and a pro-Trump super PAC is preparing to spend millions in districts like ours. On top of that, we have a far-right opponent attacking Mary Gay at every turn, the RNC spending heavily against us, and Vice President Mike Pence visiting the districts of female representatives like Mary Gay to undermine the impeachment inquiry and target their seats.
