Jack, all eyes are on Georgia this November. Stacey Abrams and Gov. Brian Kemp are facing off in the race for governor again, and Sen. Raphael Warnock is defending his Senate seat against Republican Herschel Walker.

Daily Kos is fundraising for thirteen local organizations who work with frontline communities in Georgia to help educate and turn out voters no matter what roadblocks Republicans put in front of them. Please donate $5 to help them build and sustain democracy-building infrastructure in one of the nation's most crucial swing states.

We know from Kemp’s record as governor that he has no problem enacting voting laws that specifically target Black people. He won his 2018 race against Abrams by a very slim margin, leaving many with questions about how voter suppression changed the outcome of the election.

But we also know from Warnock’s election in 2020 that Georgia can turn blue.

Our task now is to ensure as many Georgia voters as possible know their rights and how to cast their ballots this November. Thankfully, there are excellent organizations on the ground doing just that—and you can help.

During every major election cycle, Daily Kos fundraises for local organizations who are on the ground in key states to help them get the resources they need to succeed in their efforts to strengthen our democracy. The partners we’re working with this year are mobilizing a winning coalition of Black, Latinx, Asian, young, working class, and formerly first-time voters.

Building progressive infrastructure isn’t just about securing Democratic electoral victories every four years. It’s about making sure that frontline communities are empowered and plant deep, democracy-sustaining roots for decades and generations to come.

Your support can have a ripple effect, Jack. By donating to these organizations today, you can impact the upcoming election and the communities these groups work in and with for years to come.

Can we count on you to donate an amount that is meaningful to you to help these organizations mobilize in their communities in one of the most important swing states in the nation?
